At Cafe Collective, Inc., our goal is to make it easy and convenient for you to supply your café with high-quality products through our single-source marketplace. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines, costs, and key details to ensure a smooth ordering experience.


1. Order Fulfillment and Shipping Sources

All orders placed through our marketplace are fulfilled via drop-shipping directly from our trusted suppliers. Because our curated catalog features products from multiple vendors, orders containing items from more than one supplier will be shipped separately.


2. Shipping Fees

  • Per-Supplier Shipping Charges: When your order includes items from different suppliers, a separate shipping fee will apply for each supplier. This means that in some cases, your total shipping costs may appear higher than expected at checkout.

  • Why This Happens: Each supplier ships your items directly to you, ensuring faster delivery and reducing the need for intermediary handling.

  • The Trade-Off: While per-supplier shipping fees can add up, our marketplace provides the convenience of sourcing all your café supplies in one place, with the added benefit of products that have been carefully vetted for quality.


3. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days by the supplier.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the supplier’s location, the shipping method chosen, and the destination address. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information for each shipment once it is dispatched from the supplier.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Certain items may have additional shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or carrier limitations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.


5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect products:

  1. Notify us at info@cafecollectiveinc.com within 5 business days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photographs of the package and items.

  3. We will work directly with the supplier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
